I mean klondike bars still taste good, no complaints there... but the price just feels kinda crazy now for what you get. The box seems smaller than it should be and it doesn’t really feel like a good deal anymore. I used to grab these all the time but now it kinda feels like I’m just paying extra for the name when there are cheaper ice cream snacks that taste just as good

I’d save your time with this one. Customer service took forever to get back to me, and when they finally did, they didn’t really help with anything. Super frustrating experience...

I opened a box of Klondike bars and a bunch of them were messed up, which was annoying because I just wanted to eat one and move on with my day. I sent a message through their website, not really expecting much, and then had to wait a couple days for a reply.
They did end up getting back to me and made it right with a coupon, so I’ll give them credit for that. I did have to follow up once, which tested my patience a bit, but overall they were polite and handled it well enough. 4 stars from me

I picked up the classic Klondike bars hoping for that same nostalgic taste I remembered from being a kid, but my gut says something has changed. The chocolate coating seemed thinner and kind of waxy, and the vanilla inside just tasted flat instead of rich and creamy. Maybe my memory is making them seem better than they were, but it really didn’t feel like the same product. Disappointing, and I don’t think I’ll buy them again.

Every time I check, it’s sold out at the stores near me. It’s frustrating, especially when the automated stock updates make it seem like there might be some available, but then there’s nothing when I actually try to get it.

I usually go by the simple test of whether it feels smooth after the first spoonful, and this one didn’t pass. It tasted more icy than creamy to me, so I couldn’t really enjoy it the way I expected.

I was confused by the labeling, and with allergies, that’s not something I want to guess on. I didn’t feel confident it was safe for me, so, I’m not risking it again.

The site said Walmart had them in stock, so I drove all the way there and found absolutely nothing. it felt like one of those setups where they get you in the door and then somehow there's always another cost or catch waiting. Frustrating.

I like Klondike bars, but the flavor options on klondikebar.com are just kind of boring. Every time I check, it feels like the same few choices are there. I was expecting a little more variety, but it’s mostly just the basic stuff. Kinda disappointing.

To be fair, it was probably a warm day and I might’ve taken a little longer than ideal getting home, but this melted way faster than I expected. By the time I got back, it was already getting messy.

I still like the taste, so maybe I’m being picky, but the bars feel a lot smaller than they used to. I keep wondering if it’s just me, but the serving size seems tiny now. They’re good, just not sure they’re really worth buying that often anymore

It tasted a little old to me, but it was still okay overall. I also expected the instructions to be clearer, since I had to kind of figure things out on my own

I was expecting a better balance, but there was way too much shell and hardly any ice cream in the middle. It wasn’t terrible, just disappointing compared to what I thought I was getting.

I like the chocolate, but wow, the wrapper is annoying. It never opens cleanly, it just tears in some random direction, and then suddenly there’s chocolate on my fingers. Not the end of the world, I guess, but it makes eating it way messier than it should be.

I bought a box last week what is going on with these? Every bar was a different size, and a couple of them barely had any coating on them at all. They used to be so good, but now opening one feels like a total gamble. Like, I just want the same snack I paid for, not a mystery bar every time

I have mixed feelings about this one. It actually tastes good, so I enjoyed eating it, but the bar is so small for how many calories it has. I’d probably only grab it once in a while, not as an everyday snack.

I ordered from klondikebar.com, and overall the bars were good, good enough that I’d still eat them again, but they didn’t totally wow me.
The best part is definitely that hard chocolate shell with the soft ice cream inside. I really like that contrast, but a few of mine had cracked coating, and by the time I ate them, the inside was already a little too soft, soft in a not-so-great way.
They were still tasty and definitely scratched the dessert craving, but I just wish the texture held up a bit better. When they’re right, they’re really good, but when they’re off, you notice it

The box was sealed and everything looked fine, but after about a week the bars already tasted icy and kinda stale. I was dissapointed because I expected them to be fresh. Not something I'd buy again tbh

I used to really like these, but now they’re just way too sweet for me. I could literally barely finish one bar. It tastes more like straight sugar than ice cream to me.

I’ve known Klondike for a while, so going in I felt comfortable trusting the site. it worked fine, no big issues or anything. But then I got a little frustrated because some of the product info felt too basic, like I still had questions after reading it. Overall, I’d use it again, but I’d feel a lot better if they added clearer, more detailed product descriptions
